1. Run fewer 5Ks (this one should be easy)

2. Sub 3 marathon is still a road marathon goal

3. Run more on trails and more trail races (still undecided on which ones)

4. Continue to have fun with running

5. Become a better swimmer

6. If complete #5, do a triathlon

Twin City Marathon should be fun. Hopefully you will join us with the JOR encounter there and run sub 2:50

Wow...PRs in 6 different distances in '07, that's awesome!

All those extra miles last year definitely paid off!
